Delivery Information for UK & International Orders
We provide delivery services to all mainland UK postcodes. For deliveries outside of mainland UK or to international locations, shipping charges are applied based on international rates, similar to most online retailers. Our delivery fees are calculated according to the average weight of the products in your order.
UK Deliveries: All items being delivered within mainland UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class as standard. This method allows us to keep postage costs to a minimum while still ensuring timely delivery. However, if you prefer additional security or faster delivery, we offer optional upgrades, including recorded delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery, or a next-day courier service. These options come at an extra cost. For larger orders weighing over 2kg, we will automatically upgrade the shipping to a suitable next-day courier service to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
International Deliveries: For international orders, we use Royal Mail’s international signed-for service, which provides tracking and confirmation of delivery. This service ensures that your order is handled with care and reaches you securely, regardless of the destination.
All orders placed before 4 PM, Monday to Friday, are picked, packed, and dispatched on the same day, provided that all items are in stock and there are no issues with the delivery address. In the event of any problems with your order or address, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue and minimize delays.
Shipping Costs and Charges
The cost of postage varies depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your chosen delivery method. When you add items to your cart, the breakdown of postage costs will be automatically displayed alongside the total order value. To view accurate postage costs, please ensure that your delivery address has been added to your order.
We reserve the right to update or change our delivery charges without prior notice, especially during promotional periods when discounted rates may be applied.
Delivery Delays & Missing Orders
Please note that we cannot raise an inquiry with Royal Mail for any delayed or missing parcels until 10 full working days have passed. If your item has not been delivered within this timeframe, it will be deemed lost, and we can then proceed with filing a claim for the missing parcel.

I’m really impressed by the service here. Ordered some replacement blades for my cutter and they arrived a few days later in perfect condition exactly what I needed. Also they were nicely packaged. The original cutter I’ve used constantly for four years now and still going strong. As many other brands mean I must throw away the cutter when the blade becomes blunt. Adding to more plastic waste we really don’t need. So simply changing the blade each time is a brilliant solution. Thanks again for the great service. Superb quality knife, solid sliding catch, blade very firm doesn't rattle in casing. It is basically of the highest quality. I have been wanting to buy a new snap-off 18mm utility knife for a number of years. I have two old ones where the blade had started to slip. I purchased a cheap version on Amazon, and returned it as it was even worse. I then came across the name of "Olfa", and the fact that they actually invented the idea of the snap-off blade. I purchased my first Olfa knife and I am delighted with it. I wish I had discovered them years ago. I am only a little older that the first Olfa snap-off knife. If I ever have to buy another snap-off knife in the future (maybe a 9mm version) it will certainly be from Olfa. I wish I found you earlier!
